REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include meals, coffee break and  the dinner party on March 9th at the Hôtel-Dieu and two journey public transportation ticket.

Preferential rates (up  to 01/29/2016) vary depeding on the status of participant:

-  SFBBM member :  280 €

- SFBBM non-member :  350 €

- Student-SFBBM member : 150 €

- Student-SFBBM non member : 170 €

- Post doc (under 35 yo) -SFBBM member : 210  €

- Post doc (under 35 yo) -SFBBM non member: 245 €

From the 01/30/2016, the rates will be raised by 20%.

ANNULATION

Toute annulation doit faire l’objet d’une notification écrite datée et signée par lettre, courriel ou télécopie.

Pour les annulations au Congrès parvenues avant 40 jours du début du congrès, le paiement de l’inscription (faite par chèque, virement bancaire ou bon de commande) sera dû à hauteur de 50% de son tarif.

Passé cette date, le paiement de la totalité de l’inscription sera exigé.

La non-présentation au Congrès ne constitue pas un motif d’annulation.
